As a Laboratory Engineer at Vipo, I work in a team consisting of other Laboratory Engineers, and Technicians. The main task of the laboratory is to ensure the quality of products from production by conducting various tests.
Vipo produces a variety of products consisting of different materials. It’s important to test both the raw materials and the end products to ensure they meet our customer requirements. The laboratory is also heavily involved in innovation and development projects where we perform various types of tests in connection with these projects.
Here at Vipo, we have the entire value chain gathered in one place, which is a significant advantage. The laboratory collaborates closely with production, material engineers, and project managers to deliver the best possible products and solutions to our customers.
Vipo has an inclusive working environment where colleagues don't hesitate to share their extensive experience and knowledge. The company has a long history, and you can sense that the employees take pride in what we have achieved together over time. There are many exciting projects going on and I look forward to see what we can accomplish in the coming years.
